-Magnesia board is wallboard alternative to conventional gypsum-based. It can be use as Acoustical wall Partition characterized by excellent Sound Isolation & with perforation for sound absorption. It can be used for interior or exterior applications It can be successfully used in combination with modern insulation materials for exterior decoration of the building at quite low values of Sound Isolation (44db – 60 db) & Sound Absorption (0.80) , also it can be scored and snapped, sawed, drilled, and fastened to wood or steel framing.
