A: Yes, factory tours are available. We look forward to walking interested individuals through our manufacturing facility and introducing you to our unique product.
Q2: Can load different size in one container?
A: Yes, We will help you to check the loading quantity for each size
Q3: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are one factory who has specialized in the fireproofing materials for 20 years with ISO9001-2008, CE and other certificates.
Q4: Do you need sample fee?
A: We prepare the sample for free if you really need the samples to test, just pay the courier fees.
Q5: How to make order if I am satisfied with your products?
A: Please send us your purchase information by email or fax, and it’s wise for you to ask the PI from us. And please note the following things in your requirements:
(1) Product information,- Quantity, specification, type, color, packing, and other requirements you want to get.
(2) Delivery time required.
(3) Shipping documents, we should get to know your information-company name, address, phone/fax, your destination port.
(4) If you have some forwarders in China, Please inform us your forwarders contact details after the goods have been ready.
