    Dear Hocreboard Building Materials Co. Ltd,

    We are developing a permanent formwork system in Spain for cast-in-place reinforced
    concrete walls and are looking for an experienced ECP (Extruded Cement Panel)
    manufacturer able to produce a custom cross-section panel per the attached
    drawing.

    IMPORTANT: this is an ECP product – formed by vacuum, high-pressure extrusion
    followed by autoclave (steam) curing – not a flat Hatschek-process fiber cement
    sheet. Please confirm your production line matches this process before quoting.

    Product & material:
    – High-density, 100% asbestos-free fiber-reinforced cement
    – Thickness: preferred 20mm nominal;
    – Length: 1219.2mm or 1524mm per drawing (custom lengths negotiable)
    – Custom cross-section with tongue-and-groove edge detail per attached drawing
    – Please confirm whether the full profile, including edge grooves, can be formed
    directly during extrusion, without secondary CNC/milling

    Application:
    – Permanent (stay-in-place) formwork for cast-in-place concrete walls
    – Concrete casting height approx. 1500mm per lift
    – Max fresh concrete pressure approx. 35-36 kPa
    – Continuous support required along both vertical side edges

    Please advise:
    – Dry/wet MOR and MOE, density, water absorption, moisture movement
    – EN 12467 / CE-CPR compliance and third-party test reports
    – Fire classification (EN 13501-1 or equivalent)
    – Tooling/mould cost, prototype MOQ/cost/lead time
