4mm and 6mm Sanded Mgo board Class-A Fire-Rated Core for Premium Laminates (HPLCPL Core)

In the 4mm and 6mm thickness range, Sanded MgO Boards primarily serve not as independent drywall panels, but as high-precision, high-strength, Class-A fire-rated substrates (or core boards).

  Replacing Traditional Substrates: In public spaces with strict fire codes (hospitals, schools, airports), traditional MDF and plywood are often disqualified. Sanded MgO boards provide a non-combustible (Class A) alternative.

  High-Precision Lamination: These boards serve as the rigid core for High-Pressure Laminates (HPL), Continuous Press Laminates (CPL), or acrylic sheets applied under high heat and pressure.

  Finished Products: The resulting composite panels are used for anti-bacterial hospital wall cladding, school desk tops, and chemical-resistant lab counters. The sanded surface ensures the final laminate is mirror-flat with zero telegraphing (no bumps or dimples showing through).
